Providing $300,000 line of credit to emerging minority developers, One 5 Olive, for the purchase of single family homes from predatory lenders. The rehabbed homes will then be eligible for market financing, allowing the developers to pay down our line, acquire more properties for rehab, grow their business, create generational wealth, and ultimately sell rehabs to owner/occupants. One 5 Olive purchased 3 homes from predatory owners, rehabbed and sold them to local families. Line increased to $500,000
