Helped assemble 17 lots, including charitable donation of vacant Big Boys to take over the entire block on the SW corner of 27th & WI. Provided $1m of subordinated joint venture financing that enabled NWS to recieve additional $1m loan from Towne Bank and $600k of County grants for purchase of block. Consolidated site fit profile for state purchase for a new office building, an expected $140M investment that will house 719 employees and anchor the NWS gateway.
