Secured options on the old Grand Theater on Wisconsin Avenue, purchased an adjoining building (Sushi bldg) with anonymous benefactor contributions, negotiated additional land rights and key historic tax credits for the rehabilitation and expansion of The Grand Theater. Assembled several owner plots into one property. The Milwaukee Symphony Center opened in September 2021.
