Negotiated separate land contracts with a nursery, golf driving range and scrap yard and assigned land to Direct Supply to facilitate their expansion needs to accommodate additional parking for their new two story office building. Helped them purchase another 12 acre site so that they could purchase the Bus company location for additional expansion needs. Project completed in 2009.
