Milwaukee Co. gave excess park east freeway land to MRC (MDC) to redevelop. A joint venture of MRC, Mandel Group and WISPARK, the real estate subsidiary of Wisconsin Energy Corporation, developed 188 rental units, a 40,000 square foot Pick ‘N Save store, 18,000 square feet of retail space and 26 for sale townhomes.
