MDC provided a loan to Bradley Center for purchase of adjacent MATC property to discourage speculators as Bucks searched for new locations. Remaining site on the block sold for twice as much and was 1/4th the size. Comparatively, this action saved the Bucks and City of Milwaukee $8-10m. Fiserv Forum opened in fall of 2018
