MDC invested $1.075m in a nonrefundable 7 year purchase right to the only 400 acres of privately owned land in the Wisconsin Technology Park (“Foxconn” area) to create timely and certain path forward for large user. This right was transferred to Microsoft as a key piece of their 1000 plus acres of land acquisition for their multi billion capital investment in next generation data centers expected to provide over 2000 high paying jobs.
